Dude, I did read the thread. I'm asking him specifically because he has a 2018. Also, earlier in the thread one guy said the sub sounded terrible and returned it. I'd like to get feedback from this guy because he just installed it. I have the factory sub plug and don't want to tap into speaker wires and use a line level converter like OP did. So yeah, I'd like to know how this guy did his install

Just wanted to make sure it worked on the 2018's. Did you only use the WPT1212 harness and didn't tap into any of the speaker wires? I want to use the low-level wires in the WPT1212 harness instead of tapping into the speaker wires like D2abbott did. How's the sound quality in your opinion?

Just FYI, I’m not super happy with how little of a difference this hideaway makes. It’s worth the difference to step up to a higher watt system I think, but this was so easy that I’m not mad about it.

It sounds fine to me. For these small powered units, they aren’t pushing enough to hear a difference IMO. I just used low level through the harmess.

It sounds fine. It doesn't hit hard .I think it plenty loud enough. I did not expect a lot from a $70 sub amp combo .It just helps fill in the Lows. I used everything from this thread to set mine up .Quick and easy. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks again to @D2Abbott for this find!
[I will update with some pics later]. I originally installed the TBX10A with the speaker facing the back. I noticed when I put the back seat up the bass went down so I wound up extending the wires and facing the speaker forward. I also removed the padding and insulation so I could push it back further(farther?) It sounds soooo much better this way and while I still cannot lock the seat in the up position, it folds up enough for me and hasn't fallen down on the down. I have enough bass to shake my rear view mirror.
I also installed Infinity 2 Way Reference 6x9s in the doors and 3.5 Center. I have Infinity 6.5" for the doors but have not installed them yet.
