Default Steering wheel off center after tire rotation

Brought the truck in for an oil change and tire rotation today, left the dealer and my steering wheel is off to the right, almost in the one o clock position. Any ideas as to why? First rotation on these tires, less than 10k miles on them. I'm pretty **** about small details like this so it will bug the crap out of me lol.

Have them switch the fronts(L R) and see if its back to normal or maybe @ 11 oclock if so then its a damaged tire causing it.
Check the tire pressure too!

I'd be carefully inspecting the front suspension with special emphasis on steering mechanism. No parts under there should have tool marks. If they do something is up.

no, lol, I waited for the truck. What's odd to me tho is that when I bought the truck, used, the steering wheel was ever so slightly off to the right, then I put the level, wheels and tires on and it straightened out. But now rotating the new wheels and tires for the first time the crookedness is back. Odd.

Weird, steering wheel is indexed when installed (there are two pins that align inside the steering wheel when you mount it). Your steering wheel being off is suspension, tire, etc related for sure.

When you say "OFF", do you mean with your hands off the wheel and the truck going straight down the road (truck not wondering left or right) the steering wheel is at the 1 o'clock position, OR do you mean in order to make the truck drive straight the steering wheel is at the 1 o'clock position and I have to hold it there?

On my '16 Ram 2500, when the did an alignment, they always had to "re-center" the steering wheel. Any chance they aligned, or changed toe in?

truck doesn't pull either way, just driving straight the wheel is crooked to the right. If I straighten the steering wheel out the truck goes ever so slightly to the left.
