Default Stay away from Bullseye Retros... See pics

I placed my order on 12/28 for a pair of custom headlights from BullseyeRetros & paid $1050 in full. I was told 4-5 weeks until I would receive them.

But I didn't receive the headlights until February 27th....
First problem was that I asked for a tinted LED outline around the headlights & he installed halos.... Causing a delay to remove them. I paid an extra $100 for the LED outline that I wasn't going to receive.

On top of that, he tried to charge me extra money because he installed clear reflectors & I specifically asked for blacked out reflectors. So he had to redo the headlights causing more of a delay.
I received the most unprofessional put together headlights. Fingerprints all on the inside of the housings & the projector, dust everywhere, plus water stains everywhere & a long hair inside the headlight...

I contacted him explaining everything wrong with the headlights & he said that's not possible as they inspect their headlights before shipping them out & they use gloves when assembling the lights. Then he blamed it on someone else doing the work for him. That is NOT an excuse! He didn't even look at the headlights before shipping them to me.. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with.

I have gotten a full refund through PayPal, & I have since placed an order with Retro Customz to do my headlights.
See the pictures in my next post below

You're not even over exaggerating. That looks horrible. Glad you got a full refund.

Yeah. That's not acceptable at all for a high dollar retrofit. Glad to see that you were able to get a refund from paypal.

From the pics I'd certainly agree with you. Very poor.

He had a good recommendation from another forum member here which (I'm guessing) is why you gave them a shot.

I'd say that just went out the window. In today's highly competitive market(s) you often times don't get a second chance...

Looks like the assembler had a cat, if I had to guess.

It looks like I did the retrofit...which makes sense since I do not even know the first thing about retrofitting (exactly why I would never do this myself, lol).

Thanks for the heads up for other members though. Glad you got it resolved.

Well I had looked into getting some done through them, they LOOKED like they knew what they were doing. I'd rather pay an 8yr old in Indonesia to do it.
