I have the OEM liner in my truck and the bed in that picture looks pretty similar. The tailgate has to have been sprayed with something different.

As far as devaluation I doubt it would matter much as long as you can prove what happened. Denting a tailgate on a trailer wheel jack is hardly the same thing is an accident with another vehicle.

Here's a solution for you: Go to a LINE-X store and get LINE-X ReNew. Once they apply ReNew (which can be applied to any brand of bedliner), your bed and tailgate will match and neither will fade.

not really a solution. It would be like saying that you're going to paint brick and drywall the same color, and it'll match. Color-wise, yes. Texture, not even close.

If you zoom way in they are actually the same texture. Its jut the fade makes the texture disappear where as the shiny makes it pop.

Who gives a ****. I see some of the most petty concerns ever here. First off matching Bedliner is nearly impossible without the same equipment the factory used or a shop used. Ask me how I know, I spray them. A Bedliner is there for protection first of all and looks second

Incorrect. The ReNew process include a new LINE-X textured surface. The LINE-X dealer sprays new texture over everything.

Ha, these are half tons, almost all the mods we make are for looks first and function second lol. Just look at the popularity of the leveling mod which besides hindering MPG and towing capabilities only has the positive of looking cool and letting you fit bigger tires.

Unless we are looking at different pictures, there isn't any way in hell that those are the same brand of liner. The faded looks like Line-X, and the tailgate looks like Rhino. Ask me how I know......I sprayed Line-X for 5 years, and Rhino for 2.

That's what I said. And even if it was the same system (which it isn't) it still wouldn't match. And I've been spraying armadillo for 3 years

I would think that but the bed seems a bit faded to be Line-x but hey I'm no pro.

Tailgate definitely looks like the cheaper stuff.

The "petty" comment is a bit ridiculous, people have different uses for things. If looks didn't matter than color matched liners and fade protection wouldn't be a thing. That and I HAVE seen different parts of a vehicle get the same liner on different parts years apart and they look the same... might not be the case with your fancy armadillo liner lol
