I think you are getting some harassment because of the use of exclamation marks on issues that really don't even merit posting to the site. Not including the correct wrench is super dumb. Most likely there was a line problem and the truck got pulled due to a missing part they needed to install and somehow things got out of order and you got the wrong wrench. They are moving through a truck every 40 seconds just at DTP, dumb stuff will happen.

Bumper alignment is also a dumb problem to have, but hardly a critical one also requiring excessive exclamation marks.

Basically, you told the story as if the truck stalled on some train tracks and then all four tires fell off and the roof started leaking despite it being a sunny day.

Your issues are the vehicle equivalent of getting a scrape on your knee and running into the ER. No, you just handle the issue with the dealer, and escalate accordingly.

The factory nuts are crap, IMHO.
Maybe you are ok if in Arizona, Nevada, etc. with little to no humidity and winters but the nuts will swell from the weather I drive in so they are on my list of things to replace.

In Arizona. Replaced the lug nuts with Gorilla brand because I didn't like the way the OEMs were deforming just from my periodic tire rotations.

I honestly have never replaced lug nuts on any vehicle I have purchased, but can see the appeal and may have to modify that trend. I have been fortunate to not have many flat tires over the years that require me to mess with it. A buddy of mine did get one when I was with him on his 201x Focus, and we could not get one of the lug nuts off. Maybe that's a sign I should replace them with the Gorilla brand mentioned before I find myself in a similar situation.

What is the Gorilla part # for a direct factory type replacement?

Odd, my wrench fits the lug nuts with no issue.
The bumper in the other hand wasn't perfect but when I traded it out I used $1 in washers to fix the problem. Wasn't worth trusting the dealership and not having my truck for the day.

I don't know if you have noticed but $50K for a truck is the new normal. Additionally your truck is no different than a $30K truck, except it has more options. Unless one of the options was different lug nuts then those are the same.

If you compare your bumper alignment to all of the other F150s out there you would will find that it is by design. The exact same design that you agreed to purchase. If you want to alter the design yourself then you are free to do so.
Seriously there is little to no difference between 49 and 50K. Heck he may have really paid 49,500 so he rounded up 500 one time and down 500 one time.

Bumper frown has been fixed by many a dealer. Its shoddy workmanship at the factory.
