Thumbs down Spoke with Ford Customer Care today.

I called Ford today to vent about 2 things.

First: Lug nuts. I've never had a conversation about lug nuts on any of the 53 vehicles I've owned in my life, so far, until this past week.
I know this topic has been discussed ad naseum. Suffice to say, all 24 need to be replaced! They're garbage and should never have been installed to begin with! This is the best selling vehicle in the U.S. and I can't remove the lug nuts on my $49K truck with the lug wrench provided!!

Second: Front bumper alignment. Came from the Factory tilted!! And Ford has known about it!

I'll post follow-up results.

My 2015 XLT 4X4 Screw 5.0l has travelled 19,800 miles.

Replacing 24 lug nuts from Ford yes an expensive problem most likely caused by wrong sized wrench.
Replacing 24 lug nuts from Auto Zone With solid steel gorilla nuts not so much.
Buying right size wrench priceless.

24 conical spline drive lug nuts are $25 bucks on eBay. I use black lug nuts so I replace them at every tire rotation. It's just not a big deal.
Front bumper alignment fixed myself in 20 minutes with 4 washers for shims...also just not a big deal.

Ford does not have any response or resolution re: lug nuts. Not even willing to discuss. I bought the Gorilla nuts.
The bumper alignment is being handled, no thanks to Customer Care!
I'm very disappointed!

You could trade the truck in on a Chevy or a Dodge.

Did you go to customer care before given the service department a chance? If so why? My service department replaced mine when I showed them the lug wrench delivered with my 2010 did not fit correctly on my 2010. They said is was strange walked out grab a set from another truck tested it installed it in the truck, and away I went.
