Actually the beta doesn't fit your description as it isn't a free for all but rather for members only. Yes I umm have beta access also. This from the FAQ. Playing by rules is all.
Can I talk about the Beta Program to other people, like map editors?
While you can express the fact that you are a part of the Waze Beta program, everything that happens within Centercode must remain confidential, including all features, discussions and forum threads.
