Just on eBay looking for parts for the truck and came across this. See pic, another style just like the anzos but the ring lights around the whole housing. Anyone have seen these or have heard about Spec D as an automotive lighting company. Looks legit to me, here is a video of install.

I'm sure they're close in quality to Anzo. Just not sure how good that is, as they're led mirror blinkers, for the previous Gen., was Junk!

I just watched the whole install video. I'm not feeling the chrome bezels and halogen high beams. I like the ring around the headlight and ring overpowers the ambers so it looks white too. H9 for lows and H1 for highs

Never heard of the brand. I don't like how they have those exposed wires from the lights nor do I like the square/projection style look. Looks like they are trying to mimic the Ford ones.

If anybody gets them let us know how they work.

Time for someone to do a mori projector retrofit on these guys, and they'll be good to go.

Not that I am against Spec-d as I have had a set on my 2004 F150. I received a set of them for Christmas last year, installed them and on that model, had to remove them to adjust the headlight aim. But once aimed correctly, they were not that bad. I only used them for about 5 or 6 months until I did a complete retrofit on another set of stock type headlight assemblies with amazon projectors and hid bulbs. The amazon hids and projectors were a lot brighter and had more of a white light even though the Spec-d were supposedly rated at the same 6K lumen. If anyone does buy these, prior to installation, make sure that you add a bead of RTV around the lenses to stop any condensation build up.

I'm pretty sure spec-d is aka Spyder. I had a set of Spyders on my Ranger a few years ago. They weren't on for very long, maybe 3-4 months.
