Single CD Player Freezes at Random
2017 F150 with Sync 2 and a single CD player freezes at random. (All other functions of the radio, Sync, etc will continue to work fine it's just the CD player that freezes.) The only way to get it to continue is to eject the CD and start again. (Does it whether or not Sync is paired with a phone.) I've tried resetting Sync also. I'm planning to take it back to the dealer for service but wondered if this is a common problem. Thanks!

Update - I performed a reset, shown in another thread, by first selecting RADIO then holding down the POWER & RIGHT SEEK buttons for about 5 seconds. (Once you see that the reset has started, you can release the buttons.) So far...it seems to have fixed the freezing problem...
