Looks like it does a good job but change the soap:

Can You Use Dish Soap to Wash a Car?

A common question is: can you wash your car with dish soap?

If you think about what dish soap is made for like removing grease and caked-on food then you'll understand why it's not good for your car. While it does a good job, it's good because it's considered an abrasive soap. But, when you use an abrasive soap on something like car paint, it accelerates the oxidation process and gives the car a dull look. Dish soap will also break down a car's wax coat and can be tough on rubber.

the only time I use dishsoap on a car (and I use dawn, which is considered very mild), is when I want to strip off all waxes/polishes so that I can start over with a clay bar and then re-apply polish/wax.

It might say its safe to use on cars, but my spidey senses are screaming at the though of using dish soap for regular car washes.

(If you're reapplying polish/wax every time, then no problemo)

For those that don't have a power washer I picked up a Chemical Guys Foam Blaster 6 which achieves damn near the same result using just a garden hose.

I have a monthly plan at Mr. Carwash, $32.99 a month for unlimited washes. About once a month I have them put a leather treatment on it and about once every 6 months I shell out extra $$ for a hand wax.
