So what are the tiny mirrors in the right upper corner of my side mirrors for? Are they adjustable?

Expanded view - they give you a slightly wider view; to my knowledge, not adjustable.

Those are Ford's spot mirrors. I found them distracting and fairly useless. One of the many reasons I spec our fleet vehicles with BLIS or Trailer Tow Mirrors.

They appear to duplicate the view of the larger mirror. At least the way I have the larger mirrors adjusted.

Are you talking about the concave mirror?

They're curved and provide a larger field of view than the main mirror. Great for seeing things in your blind spot, spotting where your rear tires are etc.

Can't understand why they're not standard on EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE.
Can't understand why people trust a flashlight over their own eyes.

I think they're great, I use them every day. It's a no-brainer, you can see more with them.

Helps see your blind spots better. If you have your mirrors set correctly, they work great.

For those that don't have BLIS, you get the concave mirror (the bubble) to help aid with blinds spots, etc. They are not adjustable on a standalone. Must adjust the entire mirror.
