Yes. I figure out MPG very accurately, always have with every truck I have had.
Approximately 0.5 l/100k. Not a lot but it does drop. Worth it to me though.
I have a Leer and have no problems like some of the ones seen here.

I wonder if anybody makes a slide-in, over-roof camper shell, but as just a shell, nothing in it except windows/doors/vents. I'd like to customize/finish it myself. The "regular" slide-in's are too heavy, too complex, and too expensive! I'd love to have a very simple unit with a bed over the cab, and a simple portable seating area/table on the floor. Wire it up for some LED's and a fan, and call it done.
If anyone knows of a mrg'r of an empty shell similar to what I'm describing above, please post a link/info.

$12K for a shell is ridiculous....not much less than some complete units.
Still over-engineered over-kill for what I'm looking for.
I'll stick with my RTT, maybe consider building my own when I retire.

Wow that is stubby! It does look like a modern Bronco.
Going to stop at a ARE dealer this weekend. I have a used ARE, but don't know the model, fits 09-14, and I think the guy I got it from said it is off a 10, so it is at least 6 years old. I had sanded it, patched the scratches and painted it to match my truck, and liked how it looked, so plan to get another ARE.
