yeah, it's a 283BHSL. Its pulled just fine by my Raptor with air bags. I don't use a WDH, although I would probably get some benefit from it, dont dont feel the need to get one. The trailer doesn't sway at all and I've driven long stints at 70-75 MPH on the interstate. Overall, I'm very happy with the camper and feel comfortable pulling it just about anywhere.

Also, which hitch are you using?
The WDH is a Husky Centerline TS. For the springs I went with SSR-116-47 which are 1500lb models. Overall the setup works well. On the road without the trailer but we are loaded up for 2 weeks in a cottage and the truck handles so much better than stock. Did the same trip last year without the Bullsteins and the sumo springs and the truck was way too soft and bouncy.

Did you use eternabond tape to attach the solar panels to the roof? Great idea!

Yep. I sliced 4in to 2in and used lap sealant on the overlap.

How do you like you Grand Design? I looked at a couple a few years back and they seemed solid, then we just looked again last week and they seem like they went down hill.... I heard that Winnebago bought them out. Whats your take? I went with a Rockwood Mini lite and am pretty please with it but want to upgrade to something bigger.

Here is my 2016 spree connect 250 bhs, I have pulled it with several trucks. This 2018 did pretty good this past weekend on a 120 mile trip.
