Well just took my truck back to the dealer. They agreed it looked bad. They said it would be hard get it to show up in a photo. They are going to swap a hood off a new one for me.

Make sure you see the truck in the sun before taking it home. Just because the new hood is the same color doesn't mean it will match

Factory quality wasn't in question here. Op had a scratched that was repaired by a farmed out body shop, poorly.

Well got my truck back tonight and it looks great couldn't tell any color difference between the hood and truck. Thanks for everybody's help!
