Default Scraping - Grinding 2WD Driver Side

I have a 2020 Lariat and am having an issue with a scraping / grinding sound from the passenger side of the truck. The truck already has the vacuum lines blocked and the IWE are engaged all the time. When I hear this and change into 4 Auto it goes away. Could this be something with the front driveshaft / transfer case noise?

There is IWE Damage and maybe the HUB Bearing is faulty along with it.
Need to be sure which side is in fault.
Good luck.

Would that cause it to go away when in 4 auto? It does not sound that way all the time. I noticed it today and put it in 4 auto and it immediately went away.
