Purchased my XL RCSB in June 2018. I spent a lot of time reviewing what I "wanted" vs what I needed. I got the XL as that is what I needed. I thought about the XL trim, but am happy with the XL. I'm going to swap out the middle seat for a console at some point, but would be doing that if I purchased the XLT as well.
Gets better MPG on my daily commute than I expected. Ride is fine on our TX roads. Handles fine (to me) and everything seems to work fine. Does everything I need to to do, is comfortable for an all day drive, handles interstate and back roads fine. Radio works and bluetooth, iPad all connect fine so I can get turn by turn directions as needed via my phone.
This is my 3rd Ford truck ('88 Ranger, '93 F150 and now the '18 F150. I have about 8500 miles on the RCSB currently and it's been great! About the only real concern I have with the XL model is that the stock headlights are, basically, worthless and really should be illegal in all 40 states and Canada. :-). As that is something I will Def. have to remedy soon.
Have been totally happy with my purchase.

Happy New Year everybody!!
I grew up in an all GM household where it was almost blasphemy to own anything other than a GM vehicle. I've been a GM technician for 12 years now. I now own nothing but Ford vehicles. I have the Cobra in my Sig, and my wife drives an '18 Explorer. Had a '15 Edge sport before that. This is my second F150, first one being a '16, now the '18.
I had a '14 Silverado that I leased back when the new body style first came out. I really hated the truck after like a year of being in it, and couldn't wait to get rid of it. Never had any major issues with it, but it was just so boring to drive and slow. So I leased my '16 F150 and was so happy with that truck. After three years with it, I was still completely happy with how it drove and towed. The power made the truck exciting to drive every day and I never got tired of it. So I was happy to purchase my '18 because of those reasons. Just like anything, Ford made enough little improvements to the truck to make it feel a bit different in a good way!

I gotta say, every day when I turn the key and that 5.0 rumbles to life, I can't help but smile a little.
Aside from that this truck is DAMN NICE. Like this is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. I love it!

This question is kinda hard for me because I do love my F150. However, this is the first vehicle I've owned (this is vehicle 12 for me so far in my life) that has been to the dealership as many times in a 6 month period and with only one oil change. It went in for the clunky leafspring, then for the transmission TSB, then the fire shielding recall, then again for the frozen door latch TSB. With that being said I do love driving my truck and have no plans on getting rid of it. I'm hoping the worst is behind me and now I can just enjoy driving it and only take it in for regularly scheduled maintenance.

Ordered my first Ford truck since 1993, a 2019 Ruby Red Limited, drove Chevys till now, after reading all the negative comments, not sure I made a wise choice. It is great to see a positive thread, and see happy owners.

What made me happy: I bought my truck originally thinking in the future I would be towing, so I opted for the 3.5EB, 36gal tank etc
Christmas eve, I got a message about a 27ft Fleetwood Camper Trailer I could have for free if I moved it the following weekend. I said sure, bought the receiver equipment, and towed it 300 miles to my hunting land.
While the trailer had issues (Multiple tire failures), the truck never sweated it. This was my first time ever towing, and it was easy to hookup, stop and haul. Managed 12 mpg, and I was comfortable the whole time.

I happen to be an old V8 guy, all I have to do is a little full throttle and I get a big smile
An almost as good of feeling is hitting lock button on remote and a double click on start. Oh the exhaust note is soooo nice!! When in doubt there is the Sport mode on the gear shifter. There are many other things like heated steering wheel and ACC that are just silly for a Manly truck but I smile everytime I use them.
My new year resolution is to not let any little annoyances make me forget how much I love this truck. Hopefully I can get a hell yes from the group

My '15 will be 4 years old in April. Granted it is not my DD. I have 25K miles on it. At least 12K is towing about 6500 lbs. with the payload (bed) maxed or pulling the two 4 wheelers.
Truck is and has been flawless. I couldn't be more happy with this truck.
so to answer the OP's question - Everything
