I had mine fixed not long after the first TSB came out. When I took thermal images of the seat bottom I was getting ~65F and the seat back was ~85. There is still a 20 degree difference in cooling power from the seat back to seat bottom.
I am not satisfied either. I want my seat back to cool like the seat bottom. Also, there is no reason to have 3 bars. In mine if its not on 3 you get nothing. Might as well be like the steering wheel heater, on or off.

i accidentilly hit completely satisfied on the poll. I meant to select the investigate further option. I am relatively satisfied in the sense that the seat back does blow COOL air now instead of getting hot but it is a far cry from the COLD that the seat bottom gives. It is better than it was but still not like I feel it should be.

Buddy of mine took his 2015 in today to have dealer check on seat back cooling. They told him the TSB has been updated and Ford is now recommending a new cooling element and they are back ordered nationwide. Said they should be in stock in around a month. Anyone else hear this?

The TSB was updated. The parts are/aren't on back order depending on what dealership you see (don't ask me why...). The TED is the same as in the first TSB, it was just reworded for reasons I don't understand but there's other posts discussing it - unless something has changed in the past few days.... Hope this helps.

The sticky thread you are referring to and this thread do not have the same intent. This poll is asking if you are satisfied with the TSB, not if you're having issues. The other thread does say TSB feedback but there is no poll for it... I hope this clears up my intent.
