Didn't your truck come with a 3 year 36k mile warranty. I'd assume you're past that by now unless you bought your 15 in early or late 16.

If it is happening where the driver steps up to get into the truck or at the very front where debris from the tires hit, I am sure they will say it is normal wear and tear.
If it is somewhere else, you might swing by the dealer and see what they say.
Good luck.

The truck is past 36k and it's peeling from the front and back on top. I have the extended warranty but I doubt that will cover it. Time to have the dealer take a look.

I took it to the dealer and it's not covered, they told me it was considered a hard part. You have to take the plastic piece off and can't do that without breaking it and have to order both plastic piece's. He said you can't do it with the plastic piece on or it would start peeling again in about 6 mo.
