thought id share the difference between the outgoing Ruby Red vs the new Rapid Red for 2020. The Rapid is slightly lighter, seems to have a bronze tinge to it.. the Ruby is deeper and warmer. .. i think the Ruby will be missed, but the Rapid is still nice.

off topic, i noticed the 20inch wheels on the special Edition 2020 is matte black, vs gloss black on the 2019

I was going to wait until 2020 but noticed that Ruby Red wasn't offered anymore so I went ahead and pulled the trigger and traded my 2014 RR Lariat for a 2019 RR Platinum.

That's the same as I came away with a week or two ago. I parked my Ruby next to an Explorer in Rapid. It was cloudy, so couldn't really see how the Rapid looked at different angles regarding the reflection of different body lines. Did it change like Ruby does?

Both trucks look nice and to be honest I can't see much difference in color. Definitely wouldn't be able to identify Ruby or Rapid if there was only one truck.
