Is this normal? Both sides were like this... Only 310miles on the truck.<br/>

I picked up my "Ruby" in Iowa a few weeks ago.
I just need to convert her from an Iowa farm truck to a Texas ranch truck.

I will check out the other Ruby thread but, I like the pictures here also.
