I have the Bak Revolver X2 also. Love it. Hard cover protection with the ease of use as a soft cover.

As far as soft covers go IMO you cannot beat a rollup style. You get full use of the bed and many of them come with a lifetime warranty. If you just need to keep weather out they are just as good as a hard cover. I suggest getting a good brand with a good warranty.

Now of course you can get hard rollups such as the Truxedo Titanium and the BAK Revolver X2... Those combine the versatility of a rollup with the security of a hard cover and are two of our best sellers right now..

Pricing... do your research. I know we sell many of the covers mentioned for forum members at prices far below some mentioned here. Deals are out there for sure.

If I can get your any pricing or help otherwise please don't hesitate to PM me..

To the OP, of course do you your research, but be sure to PM truckalter and ask for his price. You will most likely find that his price is better than anyone's.

Looks great!

I've done a lot of online research, and decided on the Revolver X2 as well. It's definitely going to be a spring purchase for me.

Wow I must be different. I had the Extang full tilt on two of my trucks and loved it. Kept stuff dry and secure. It lifts from the gate side for easy access. If you need the full bed just unhook the cross bars and roll up. If you know before you leave you need the entire bed then just pop two shocks off and lift it off the hinge side (takes about 30 seconds). Check them out as well.

How weather proof are (aren't?) these roll up soft covers? Or hard folding covers for that matter?

Do you have something that still allows me access to the sidewall pocket openings?

The Bak Revolver is a hard roll up cover. For me it does very good at weather proof, the only leak is at the tailgate. But I will take that leak because I can open and close the tailgate without opening the tonneau, and its only a small amount of water that comes in.
