Default Road trip on dirt road / light off road on stock FX4

I'll be going on my annual road trip in the states this August. I will be travelling form Toronto, Ontario. The cities I'll be travelling through are:

Cincinnati, OH
Nashville, TN
Atlants, GA
New Orleans, LA
Galviston, TX
Dallas, TX
San Antanio, TX
Houston, TX
Direct route back to Toronto, On

Can anyone suggest any dirt roads or even light off roads along my route? I'm not lookig for a crazy off road adventure but more of an "off the beaten path" or scenic routes, something my stock FX4 can handle without effort.

Suggestions for places to eat would be great too. Not looking for fancy, but local hidden jems. I love BBQ and Crawfish!

We will also bring our mountain bikes, so some light mountain/cross country bike trails that we can stretch our legs on would be nice too. We have lots of city bike routes that that we will be travelling during our city visits.

Thanks in advance to everyone!

Can't speak to any off roading, but take the little highways north of San Antonio through Fredericksburg, Mason, Kerrville, etc. Beautiful country and a fun drive. Lots to do in those little towns. I'd live there for sure if my job wasn't tied to the oilfield.

If you make to the West half of Arkansas, there's a lot of curvy hilly dirt roads. But they are still roads. A stock crossover SUV can make it down most of them without problem.

This!!! These roads are gorgeous, even the manufactures hold new car previews in this area due to these hill country roads. Don't miss!

For sure I'll take pics and post in this thread.

Speaking of car commercials, here are some shots of our road trip from Toronto, Denver, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, LA, Sanfran, Vancouver, Jasper, Banff, through the Canadian Praries back to Toronto.

We took a brand new Fusion rental with 600km and returned with over 14000km! The PCH or 101 was a memorable drive!

Believe them. You don't want to drive this far and miss it.

If you want some good food in Nashville, go to pepperfire and order their applefire. Don't question it just order it lol, best chicken around! Some people will say Hattie b's but that's the tourist trap, locals know about pepperfire

If you're looking for food places in Nashville, the Pharmacy is good, Mas Tacos, the Tim Roof isn't bad either. If you're looking upscale, Jimmy Kelly's or Kayne Prime.
