Ride Quality 2015's vs 2009-2014's

I came from a 2010 as well, and I am happy with some of the changes. Some of these are no doubt attributed to the fact that this is a new vehicle. The doors close tight, and the reduction of road noise is obvious.
I have 2 speed bumps on my condo road, that I must drive over every day. I notice significantly less noise inside, no squeaking or rattling. The front end seems to go over them with more confidence.
The rear end does hop a bit more. I notice this going over bumps, and when turning. I have adapted my driving already, so it has become less noticeable. This is likely due to the truck being lighter, and the different placement of the rear shocks.

2015 ford supercrew 4door xlt ride sucks
I recently bought a 43k 2015 ford f150 supercrew xlt sport with the 5.0 engine. Overall the interior is comfortable and roomy. The silver exterior with sport package looks sharp. The trucks v8 sounds great when pressed hard. My only concern is the poor ride quality when you hit a pot hole or anything that isn't smooth in the street. The use of the aluminum in my opinion was a very bad idea. The rear end of the truck when unloaded is so bouncy. Especially when driving on the highway and you hit a small patch or something the truck handling actually is darn right scary. I wouldn't dare to attempt to drive this truck in winter weather bc there is no way the rear will stay planted on the road in an emergency handling situation. What's even more interesting is I recently took a spin in my grandfather 1993 ford f150 with no cab and instantly noticed just how much planted his truck is on the same highway. also when you hit big bumps the older model f150 absorb the bump without the tail of the truck bouncing all over the road. So why in the heck should a 2015 f150 handle and ride worse then my grandfathers 1993 ford f150 which by the way has 641,080 miles on the original engine? In my mind you can truly feel the 700 pound weight reduction in a bad way. I'm actually curious on how the truck would handle in a fast emergency situation where the road isnt smooth. Ive also driven a 2015 chevrolet silverado, and to me the ride was also extremely much more controlled and smooth. So with all this I saw the truck is great, however in my opinion the ride, emergency handling is unsafe. And God only knows just how much sloppy the truck will handle whenever you add snow into the equation. My hopes are that I can change the rear suspension to fix this issue since I like everything else about the truck. it would be very nice if ford had the same air suspension as ram trucks.
