Wicked, I look forward to your input. If I don't do this retrofit the mirrors are gonna get ripped off by snow removal equipment this winter.

I have some chrome cap power folding non tows for my xlt. They have the large 22 pin connector and my non power folding xlt has the 8 pin connector. I also have the non power folding switch and the power folding switch and both connectors are the same number and placement of pins. Only difference are the mirror connectors. I really just want power folding and not manual. Wondering if i can just replace the door harnesses, driver and passenger or if I have to hard wire the power fold option.

just finished this upgrade... you will need the door harness for each door and new modules for each door and switch and mirrors..... install all the parts then dealer will have to program the new modules with the as built data from a vehicle with power folding mirrors...all functions working except the spotlight im trying to update my bcm today with data from a truck that has mirror spotlights to get them working

Will post all part numbers needed tomarrow after work. I updated the bcm with as built data from another vehicle and got the spotlight to work. But in doing this it causes an abs malfunction. So in the morning. I'm gonna update bcm again and update the abs module with the as built info from the same
Vehicle. Hopefully updating both module with data from
The same vehicle will fix the abs issues otherwise I'm taking the switch out and won't use spotlight function.
