I contacted a Wikipedia staff member who reviewed the edit history. He made my edits final, and said "It seems to me he's in the wrong. If he continues to revert as he has promised to do, he will be blocked." Woohoo! Thanks, @FordService, for helping us out.

I tend to agree, especially with unibodies but with full framed trucks, that share cabs, it's probably viewed differently. An aluminum F150 and F250 that share cabs can't be considered the same truck.
