Has anyone added the factory remote start for a 2015 or newer. I scheduled to have a long range remote start done Wed. How do you like it? Does the Antenna go on windshield or is it hidden?

Many posts on this. There are three types - 1 way, 2 way / long range, and cellular. Posted also is the ability to a) install it yourself and b) activate it using a program called Forscan. Most dealers charge a lot.

The truck actually has remote start in it already, just turned off. Adding the antenna in the headliner (another thread) for $30, and buying the right keys ($30 each online) is all it takes.

Had the ford long range remote put on mine the day i bought it. Had it on my pervious 150 also. It works great, will shoot through walls. I also got the 2 way remotes that tells you it's running and when it's about to shut off. You won't regret it. Small antenna up by the mirror.

Thanks guys. They told me they have kit in stock. I'm going to call Monday make sure they have two remotes. I think kit comes with one, if they don't I'll see if they can get extra remote by Wed or reschedule. Remote looks like a 3 min program with key cycle. But I'd rather them do while they have and be done.

Anyone know if kit comes with 1 or two remotes? Ford accessories website shows 1, everyone on eBay shows 2.

Is the antenna kit you are talking about? (Cheapest one I could find) If so which remote, I'm all about saving some money if I can.

No. That's part of what you need for the long range BI-DIRECTIONAL remote start. Plus fobs.

For 1-way remote start, besides enabling in Forscan, if you want any range you buy the antenna and an extension cable.
