From my perspective since 1991 haven't owned anything but a regular cab short bed-- before that regular cab long bed. I never looked at anything else so as far as I know that's all they make.

I don't think so, I had a heck of a time just finding the SCAB that I wanted. They don't even make a reg cab with the build that I wanted.

The reason ya don't see many on the lots....They're N Demand!

Seriously though, mine (RCSB) is a DD and occasional hauler of whatever I need around the house...The main reason I didn't go for the extra doors...It's Cooler Looking-->

I get more people giving me a thumbs up or telling me nice truck & asking about this or that about it when I stop to get gas or whatever than I ever got with some of my past unique Mustangs & HotRods...Still, mystifies me the attention my truck attracts with just a Level & Big Tires???

I don't think so, but I wish they were, mainly because I like seeing them so much. When I went shopping for a new truck, there was one regular cab XLT in magnetic that I fell in love with. But I talked myself into a supercab as I felt I needed the extra cab space.
I love my truck, but every time I see a regular cab I find myself wishing I could have lived without that extra space. The best looking trucks, in my opinion, especially in a short bed. I would like to someday have one.
There are two dealers near me, around twenty miles to north and west of me, and neither one have a regular cab at this time. They stock around fifteen trucks +/- at a time. they do keep a rather good supply of supercabs compared to some larger dealers, however. I had three regular cab Toyota/Tacoma pickups over the years, and I sometimes miss them, but absolutely love my supercab F150.

My dealer has 100s of F150s on the lot. When I was there yesterday they had 4 regular cabs all XLs with a long bed for work trucks. 80% were supercrews

I’m not hating. My only other truck was an ‘07 Tacoma regular cab. I think they’re the best looking trucks for sure but the seats are lacking and so is storage.

If if I was buying my truck as a second vehicle for sure all day I’d want a regular cab. I’m ordering a supercrew for the 5* crash rating and ability to car sales guys to the golf course haha
