I have the same set up you are describing. Look at my profile for the specs. +20 offset.

I am replacing my 2" level with Fox stage 1 coilovers when I have the time to install them.

Another vote for KO2s. Pretty much as quiet as factory Goodyear Fortitudes.

I've had KO's but not the KO2's. They were not quiet. I wouldn't call the Duratracs quiet either.

I just put a set of the Falken AT3W's and they're pretty sweet, especially for the price.

Falken AT3W p285/70r17 on Mamba M14 17x9, +25 offset

kumho road venture mt very quiet compared to nitto all terrains not sure if you want to check out kumho road venture at ive had the 35" mt on my old denali and 33" mt on the ford.

I see a lot of votes for the KO2's. If you want a tire that looks quite a bit like the KO2, but out performs them in every way, take a look at the General Grabber AT2's. Read some reviews, rather they be from companies or owners. Better wet and snow traction, similar street manners, lighter weight, whisper quite at speed and have longer tread life.
