Rear Window leak - Sliding Window 2015 Lariat SuperCrew
I've searched the forum and found a lot of people discussing the rear window leaking on past f150s but I don't see any topic on it on the 2015. Well last night during a heavy rain I noticed a slight drip in the passenger side of the rear window. I'm assuming it has to be from the brake light, or the seal around the window itself. Anyone else notice this? Will check out further in some daylight.

Based on the way it's designed, I could see this happening if the seal got kind of folded in the wrong direction somehow.
I wouldn't think it'd be coming in from the brake light. I've had mine off to install LEDs and the way it's designed, it seems pretty watertight.

Went to the dealer to have this checked and indeed was the third brake light. They say they sealed it, but also ordered me a new light as well. Thought I'd update for anyone else experiencing this.

So the 3rd brake light leaks on some of the '15's? This has to be what's happening with me.
Last weekend, while cleaning my truck. I folded up the rear seats and pulled out the floor mat and saw this mold. The floor felt a bit damp, but not terribly. I at first figured the kids spilled something. I vacc'd it and it with carpet cleaner. I was stumped, my other thought was that I left the slider open during a rain storm but I honestly don't open it often. So I must be leaking at the light. If that's the case, I'd like to get this addressed asap.

There's no telling how long mine would have been undetected. I just so happened to let someone drive and was in the back for the first time felt a drop on my shoulder, it had traveled down the seam and my headliner was wet to the touch on the right side of the sliding glass. I searched and saw nothing on 15s but obviously mine leaked. I want to look at my carpet now and see if it's went that far.

Anyone else just walk out to their truck and check the back floor? lol
No signs of leaks, but something to watch for I guess.

If Ford can't design a leak proof 3rd brake light, even with a redesign, what does that say about leaking TP moon roofs? Or seats that don't cool even after a TSB fix? Now I understand why the trucks are made out of aluminum, LOL!
