Pardon my ignorance here. What is hitch mount?

I race my mustang occasionally and tired of stuff breaking so have been renting a uhaul trailer when I go to the drag strip. Ever since I have been renting trailers stuff stopped breaking (go figure) but one day something could break and would be a pain to push up onto a trailer.

So I'm looking for an easy option where the truck could have some form of winch and pull the mustang up if need be (Have a tow hook on front of mustang)

Cheap is good! Only issue is if the uhaul trailer is attached lol. I can't attach that with uhaul trailer; and pulling a car onto car hauler trailer I imagine it would need to be attached.

If you are going to use that for a winch then I'd have one made at a welding shop, I think if they gusseted that top piece then it would be stronger than one made for a bike rack.
