Rear Shocks: Fox 2.0 or Icon 2.0 for on road handling?
For you guys that have either of these shocks, do they handle and corner better on the road compared to the stock shocks?
On my '12 I added a rear anti-sway bar to help with the cornering, but would like to try and tackle it on the new truck with rear shocks.
At about 30k miles now and starting to roll over and under steer more....or at least that's my impression. Not looking to deal with front replacements if I don't need to and the rears seem like a stupid simple swap.

No experience with the Fox but can tell you the Icons are the best aftermarket shocks I've ever purchased. I feel like I'm driving a sports sedan in comparison. The off road performance couldn't be any better.
The only thing that bothers me is how much better they are than the stock shocks.

Have you guys changed out all 4 shocks or just the rear?
Any input as far as the truck cornering any better?

For whatever reason - I'm guessing cost - Ford uses garbage leaf springs. Better rear shocks help but the real culprit is the leaf pack. This deficit is magnified by the use of lift blocks.
The best of all worlds is to upgrade to a multi-leaf pack (6-8 vs factory 3-4) and a better shock.
You don't need a sway bar if the leaf pack is adequate, don't need traction bars either.
I'm running right at 475/490 with 4.88:1 gears on 37s. No bounce, walk or axle wrap.

I put Fox 2.0s on the rear my 16 crew shorty. Stiffened ride a little (which was a good thing) and lost the dangerous side hop. I too am VERY disappointed that Ford put such bad shocks on their brand new trucks.... give me a break. Anyway my truck may not drive like a sports car, but it is predicable and safe now. It now handles like a sports truck.

No experience with the Icon's but installed the Fox 2.0's from Stage 3 this week mainly to stop the crazy side hop when encountering road imperfections. I am a fan of Bilsteins but could not find them for 15/16's. I am extremely pleased in every aspect with the FOX 2.0, side hop gone, no more shudder over bumps, with no increase in harshness, truck invokes handling confidence now. My truck is a '15 5.0 4X4 SuperCab Sport with 1.5 rear lowering shackles. I got the 0-1" Fox or Stage 3 Part# FOX985-24-029
The truck is under dampened with the Mickey Mouse factory rear shocks!
