Default Rear End Popping Sound While Flexing

My truck has started making a weird noise at 15K miles on it.

This rear end popping sound happens with very little flex every time the truck turns in and out to my driveway after hitting the curb at slow speed. It also occurs on speed bumps especially when the vehicle is driven after she's being parked.

Can the dealer fix this issue or are they willing to solve this kind of issue?

Any ideas?

Quick and easy check is to spray some WD-40 on the leaf pack and bushings to see if it goes away. I have to do it to my 1990 every once in a while.

Is your bedliner factory or aftermarket? If aftermarket, bed bolts maybe loose?

Try to check if bed bolts are loose in my aftermarket/dealer spray-in bedliner.

I had a popping noise at 12K. Dealer replaced the leaf springs and noise went away. I have put another 30K miles without issue.

I had the popping starting around 15k miles. I tried lubing the spring pack with some wd 40 and grease spray, but it didn't help. What did work was power washing the crap out of the entire spring pack and also the bushings where it connects to the frame. I just went to a car wash place and sprayed between all the leaves and every point of articulation with the spray nozzle so close it was basically touching the part it was spraying. That solved my problem and it hasn't come back in ~3k miles since then. I drive on a fair amount of dirt roads and also had a rust prevention treatment sprayed on, so I think some sand and/or gravel got stuck between 2 moving parts and was causing issues.

After reading through the entire thread listed by BSTrummin, it sounds like the fix is replacing the leaf springs.

Did you ever resolve the popping noise? So far the dealer has tightened the bed bolts and replaced the leaf springs on mine... it still pops..
