Rear Armrest Issue Update

So I picked up my new platinum today and sure enough, I've got the same issue. It does look like it will get better in time especially, after somebody sits against it. I think an alternative to somebody sitting up against it in the meantime is to fold fold the bottom seat cushion in the up position. This forces the armrest into its storage area. What a bunch of crap.

I thought I clicked on a thread about the armrest issue, not the merits of calling the CEO of a company....
If you read this thread from Post 1, and see how many people are affected by this problem, you would understand my suggestion that sending a letter to Ford's CEO, including pictures and and your invoice, might get a better response than just complaining on this thread.
The debate started because RoadPilot thought that writing a CEO is a waste of time. Read his posts. I think that he is wrong.
Really, when the dealer says that he can't do anything, what would the harm be in going directly to the boss (Ford CEO)?
Other people have successfully done it, read the posts on this thread.

If you think that you have a legitimate issue on your new $60,000 truck, and your dealer says that he can not fix it because a Ford engineer told him that it is "normal", what are you going to do?

This is BS. My BMWs leather is tight like OJs glove and they have seat massagers, ventilation, and heat with 20 way adjustments. Ford Marketing at work. That loose leather will look like **** in 6 months.

Let me start off by saying I don't own a 2015 F150. Its seems to me from this pic from up above that the lariats have a vinyl arm rest not leather like the plat and KR. Making it the fit much better because of leather being stiff and taut. Correct me if I am wrong. My 2013 Fx4 rear seat has leather inserts only on for the left and right seat with the bolsters being vinyl and the middle seat totally being vinyl.
