Depending on the problem running the LIN Bus calibration procedure in the BCM with ForScan or FRDS can clear this type of fault. It takes a few minutes and costs about $20 for a cheap adapter from Amazon if you want to attempt it yourself. You can learn more about ForScan here:

2015 - 2020 F150 ForScan

It is by far the easiest and least expensive thing to try first. After that I would test / confirm the integrity of each circuit going back to the camera. If you would like the wiring digram I can find one but I will need more info about your build. Lastly the Camera or IPMB (camera video splitter) could be faulty and neither is inexpensive.

As a warning for every owner and technician out there, in this covid economy of ours, I have seen direct OEM BNIB replacement wiring harnesses arrive which were pinned out wrong.
