Sorry soooooo late!
No.. That's how they came out the box. When I got mine they were advertised as 2.5" level. I have seen them advertised as 2" now. Don't know why

Still have plenty of room to go up if I want to go higher.

I am about to get some fuel assault 20x10 wheels and would like to know how far the spokes stick out past the rim edge. Also, do the spokes stick out past the 33x12.50 tire side wall?
