Rattle or vibration in steering 2015
Anybody notice what feels to be something loose in the steering wheel, making a slight vibration and/or rattle when driving? Best way I know how to describe it is something loose in the steering shaft, somewhere under the hood, that you can feel when driving and go over something, even minor, in the road.

Have you had the chance to contact your dealership about this? Please shoot me a PM with your current mileage; I'll see how I can help.

I have noticed this for about a month. It is intermittent. Depending on the bumps in the road, it almost seems like you can feel/hear the steering column rattle as well. I also have the gas pedal vibration/grinding as well. Truck is awesome, but it does get annoying. I have a 5.0 Platinum.

Have owned the truck for a few weeks now, noticed the same thing. A slight rattle feel in the steering wheel when going over bumps in the road.
Following this to see what happens. Its irritating.

No, I have only posted the question on here. My truck is a SCREW Lariat FX4 and just turned over 2k miles. I ordered it in January, was built in March and took delivery first of April.

By the way, I can feel the vibration/rattle when going over the simple cracks in the asphalt that have been filled by the state. It doesn't take much, pretty much anything that is uneven and the tires roll over, it happens, and mine is constant. Makes me feel like my steering system is loose somewhere and about to fail. Scary when thinking it may happen at high speed.

Try adjusting the telescoping / up and down too see if it goes away. I find that mine does it more in certain position than in others. Can't be felt on bad bumps or extremely rough roads. Only on the small stuff!
