fog light mounts
Outstanding review. Was considering the Duraflex fiberglass type before learning about the steel options. May have missed the answer, i'm aftermarket bumper dazed. Question; Does this Galaxy require 3 square fog lights? If so it must have the mounts for them.

Specifically asked my attorney on retainer for his opinion concerning mods of safety related items. My best friend from college is also an attorney, who was outside council to GM litigating the cases that could not be settled and went to trial. His record for the defendant was so good he retired at age 42. The plaintiff will file against the driver, the company who sold the aftermarket product, the manufacturer, and the automaker. rarely do these cases go to trial, however two of the three are settled, and the deepest pocket is the defendant . Your auto insurance insurance company pays your limit, and you personally are not normally held liable. The will do an asset search but to go further with you personally or the aftermarket companies is too costly, because the element of intent is difficult to prove, and normally isn't.
Now it's game on with Ford as an example. There has to be a fatality and special circumstances for a case. Example there was a collision and normally would me minor, but somehow a freak something happened and one in a million things happened causing this fatal incident, and blaming the automaker for allowing the vehicle to be modified for an aftermarket part that is not the standard. It's nuts but the automaker is prepared to avoid bad pub. Also Ford has insurance of a kind, prepared for these lawsuits. Summary: do what you want with a modification and forget about it. Unless you have a bumper with 16" steel spikes on the front, and really hope to have an accident. You will be able to keep you clothes, furniture and appliances.

Rambling
After reading that before sending in a hurry it reads a little nuts. I’m sure no two are the same. This same issue was my concern with mods to my previous truck. It was not to safety standards as the OEM.
Looks like a lawsuit to me.

I built brackets for my fog lights with parts from home depot... 2+ years later, still holding strong. Not long after I built mine, I saw Galaxy Motto offering them ss part of their bumper fur sale as well

it prolly took you less time to build them then I took to figure out how to put the Galaxy ones together, once I did I felt like moron!

Ride Quality - Post Installation
Great read!
Did you notice any difference in the ride quality after installing this bumper as compared to the stock Ford bumper? For example: rattling, clanking, shaking from any of the plastic parts/clips, or any extra noise whilst driving at higher speeds and/or coming to a sudden stop?

I'm so happy you posted this (years ago). I've been looking at the same front bumper. The eBay seller says that the real Raptor front bumper is also ABS. I haven't been able to confirm that so I haven't purchased yet.
But upon reading your post (which was almost 100% positive) and then reading the somewhat scary negative replies describing reasons to NOT buy this bumper; I ordered a 2015 F-150 Raptor take-off bumper. There are loads of them for sale on eBay. It's due here next week.
I would have preferred the black with the full skid plate of the ABS front bumper to give it that look, and if the take-off doesn't make me happy, the ABS bumper will be my only choice.
I actually asked about the ABS bumper a few days ago in a new post. I searched and searched with lots of different key words, but your post didn't come up.
