actually the steering wheel button is for steering feel (ie sporty stiff or some what looser than normal) not drive mode. Drive mode is the +/- buttons on the wheel.

I think you're confusing "transmission drive mode" with "steering drive mode".

terminology... steering feel is what I meant....hence why I said perhaps a module. It wouldn't be for like suspension feel.

no. The drive mode buttons on the raptor wheel that match the stalk drive mode button are the +/- buttons and the one with the steering wheel changes how the steering acts. I managed to get the +/- to bring up the raptor drive modes(snow//sport/tow) on my old 4” cluster. I don’t have them confused

Not sure what steering wheel drive mode is unless that is what makes it more stiff. Weird option but ok. I was referring to transmission mode, sport, eco, snow etc... Guess it wouldn't make sense to put that on the steering as it would for steering wheel mode. Still don't know why they bury the heated steering wheel option in the climate setting onscreen.

I did talk with my car guy and there is a very easy reprogram that can place the steering wheel heated button on the home screen. Seems like a logical choice and you wonder why if available they don't do it already. It should be on the steering wheel.

I wonder if I can use that extra steering wheel mode option from the raptor wheel to turn my heated steering wheel on?

stiffer steering is exactly what that is for. From what I’ve forearms before I do t think you can change what it does unfortunately. If you figure that out I want to know. I have it added to the main screen on mine for now though so that can be done as I have an xlt and no climate screen currently.
