What number did you have the Ranchos on? Last truck I had the fronts at 5, rears at 4, and it was perfect for what I wanted at the time. We'll see with this truck, I can always swap later. But it's nice to hear input from someone who's ran two types.

I tried all the settings and stayed at 8. It would get a little spooky if you were to hit a bump or any sudden change in the road if you were driving at 65-70. Only reason I went with Fox 2.0 is because Bilstein were on back order which I have in the rear.

Interesting... Wonder if it's a difference in vehicle weight, difference in strut, or a difference in person. Guess I'll find out. Haha.

See, I wanted to go with Boss for the reason that I have Boss rears, but I couldn't justify going with it for making everything match at a $500 difference.

Yeah, unfortunately that only works if you buy the RS-9000XL rear shocks as well which I didn't get since I've got basically new Boss rears... Thanks for trying to save me some money though!

I thought the same thing. I have a 2.7 supercrew. Maybe the aluminum body I don't know. One more thing is it did sit nose high. FYI

Hmmmm... I was thinking the 2.7 might've been a lot lighter, but what I can readily find is the 2.7 weighs in at 440 pounds, and the 5.0 (what I have) weighs in at 444 pounds. Other thought would've been they didn't have time to settle in, but 6K should be long enough for them to settle in. Guess I'll find out soon huh? lol

What was your wheel/tire setup when you had them? Could that have had something to do with the bounce?

Stock tires 275/55/20 with the Ranchos and the second is with Fox 2.0. Third picture is with 275/60/20 BF TKOs with a one inch block in the rear. Even with the stock setup the suspension was pretty bad compared to my 2010.

Looks nice. Yeah, I couldn't take the rear end hop so I fixed that the first month I had it with some Boss rears. I can't tell you how many times I've said "Man, my old truck was way smoother than this one." I had that one on (final setup) Rancho quicklifts, 20x9 Fuel dunes, 35x12.5 nitto trail grapplers, and 1.5" wheel spacers. I'm hoping the Ranchos will smooth this one out, especially when I order my new wheels and tires in a month or two.

From my experiences and some reading Rancho really shouldn't be in the same convo as FOX and Boss

I did FOX 2.0 front and rear and love them
