No it was a Tundra. Just as ugly as the Titan in my opinion.

RAM ranks worst in class for reliability.
Interestingly, if you click through to check out the report itself both the Ford F-150 and the Ram 1500 have improved enough in reliability to make the Consumer Reports’ recommended list this year. The F150 got bumped off the recommended list for a year because of some of the 2015 teething problems. I’m pretty sure it’s been quite a while since a Dodge/Ram pickup has made the cut.

Someone said they'll be built in Mexico. Were built in Mexico. The new ones will be built in Sterling Heights MI.
I never considered it until I had a kid five years ago. They make you change your priorities and I want the best chance possible to make it home every day.

Everyone has a different reference point on safety, pending past incidents. I sincerely hope you never have to consider it. Unfortunately, at the time many who never give it a second thought do finally consider it, it's usually too late.

But aside from saving your life or keeping you out of a wheel chair, I feel the structural engineering prowess of a mfg'r is a good barometer for it's engineering abilities in general. It's not an easy task to engineer in structural integrity to perform well in tests like the narrow off-set. For mfgr's who can't succeed, makes you wonder what else they fall short in.

Why don’t you all get a dually then. They’re even safer.

There was someone wrong with your FCW then. They don't detect stationary objects. Only things slowing down.

Silly response.

It's the same as saying why not buy a Tank.

I’d test drive one. You might change your mind. Being brand blind isn’t good for anyone really. Trust me, ford or any automaker could give a rats *** if your loyal.
