Radiio Working/No Sound????
#33
My Fix
The truck had been sitting for three months. Fired it up, radio was on with no audio. 2012 FX4 F150. Tried resetting radio and checked the audio output fuse (#19). Fuse was good and resets did not remedy situation. Lifted negative battery cable for a couple minutes. Replaced it and the radio is working fine. Hopefully this is a permanent fix.
Following morning no audio output again. Will continue troubleshooting.

Hey guys I know this thread is old but this just happened on my 2013 XLT so I was searching around for answers so I figured I would contribute. I tried a factory reset in the radio menu first and that didn't work, tried turning the truck off and on a few times and that didn't work, checked the fuses and they were all good. Turned to the tried and true disconnect of the negative battery terminal for awhile and that fixed the problem, I have sound again!

RE: I have a 2015 Ford Expedition King Ranch and have no sound; after a lot of research I think that I have to to the answer. It looks like it is going to be the ACM ( Audio Control Module) Having a hard time locating one though :/
