Don't think that's the issue......the sound returned when I first started the truck again, turned the truck off and the sound went away immediately even though it's programmed to stay on until I open the door. So I restarted the truck, nothing......so I master reset two times...nothing......off to the shop at this point I'm guessing

Try starting and stopping the truck three times.

I would also remove your battery from your phone or shut it off for the test.
Or turn off bluetooth

Found same issue and the end user got around this with a start and stop 3 times. Same condition.

Phone was off, Bluetooth off, worked again on initial start up, turned truck off and boom there goes the sound....did the three times restart twice......nothing worked

This has to work, find the nearest canal and submerse the truck into the water to the moon roof. Drive out and let it dry off. Sure to fix it.

On a serious note my experience with the MFT system is it "can" get into a hung condition by a device with a corrupted profile (You reset it and that should clear it). Maybe take map card out (Check to see if partially inserted etc) but really sounds like a setting getting in the way. If not find a canal.

Check all usp ports for a foreign object, or bent usb etc. I'd climb all over it before I shat myself.

Funny, I did remove the map card and check all ports...nothing but will continue...
