QuickJack 7000 lift

The jack is really nice, and your garage is awesome. I can just get my truck in the garage and shut the door. About 12" of space front and rear. And can just open the drivers door enough to get in or out without bumping the door against something. But hey, I am thankful that I can get it in the garage.

Do these have a fail safe or safety feature in case something goes wrong? Curious to know how safe these are.
they look to be two lifts, one for each side, do they lift evenly or one side at a tine?
how do the jack points work with the truck and lift? What about other cars that have different jack points?
sorry for some many questions. These do look awesome,and practical.
I’d still use jack stands as a failsafe. I saw you do but removed them for the pic, but def smart to use jack stands to. Where do you put them if the lift is in the way and uses the jackpoints?

Been looking at these for some time myself. Website link above has all the answers you seek. They really are a neat system. Hoping to pic them up this next year. I know lots of folks use jackstands as well, but really not needed. They do have mechanical failsafes, similar to a regular lift. There is even a video with someone taking a running start and trying to knock it off the stands and can't do it.

Ooh, I need one of these!
<checks price>
Never mind, I'll keep fighting the battle of my belly hanging up on the running boards when rolling underneath on the creeper.

Sorry to revive this long dead thread, but I'm curious what your garage height is
