One more very important thing on pulling heavy loads with the F150 is having the right ball mount for your trailer. The toy hauler I use an equalizer weight distribution system because of how much weight the toy hauler has towards the front of the trailer.
The car hauler I have a ball mount with a scale built in so I can see my tongue weight. I can then adjust the car inside the trailer to get my tongue weight where I need it.

Thank you. I have been very impressed with the anti-sway system the truck has. I had to drive 300 miles to pick up a car and hit some strong cross winds. I was nervous with the trailer being empty but any time it got scary the truck helped out. This is where having the longer wheel base of the 250 would help out a lot.

The trailering of the car for me is the easy part. After I unloaded the car I had to drive the Porsche 918 and park it inside the owners garage. That part was scary and extremely cool.

Nope. I get to drive all types of very high end cars. I never drive above any speed limit and I drive them like a grandpa ( I am a grandpa 6 grandkids) Not my cars so I treat these high performance cars with get respect. Now having said that if a car owner told me it was OK to see what the car could do I would have to see what it could do
