I heard from a salesman friend of mine - Ford is back on the Private Cash bandwagon...some offers are very good!

I requested a brochure yesterday online....sure enough, today I have a Private Cash good through 7/9/18 for $2,000 on F150. Lesser amounts on cars...

I hope this helps those of you that are buying soon! It may get me to get a new truck....

I actually just got a private cash offer myself through email and I didn't even request a brochure or anything. It was for $1,000 towards a F-150. My order has already been placed though, and I am not eligible anyway because I used Z-plan. Email said A/Z/D plan customer don't qualify for private cash offers.

I'm expecting delivery of my truck at the end of April and would love to get a private cash offer.. I've been waiting for months to no avail.. I've tried requesting brochures in the past, no luck.. Now I can only seem to download the brochure and not request one to be emailed.. Are there any other ways to increase your chances of getting one?

I mis typed. I actually had to download the brochure. It wasn't until today when I called Ford customer service did I learn about the private cash. I've heard they are region specific and no way to tell.

Last week, I was told by marketing, that the brochures are on hold for any new mailings, as they are updating them for 2019 MY.

it is so very random, and no way to do anything specific expect be lucky. I was looking at an Edge, and Fusion earlier in the year. Requested paper brochures on all models even the F150, multiple times. Never received one in the mail. Now they are no longer able to be mailed, they are done sending out 2018 brochures, so now its download and hope. Or random, or lucky....

So, just to clarify, you went to Ford.com, went to Shop and request a brochure using your zip code. The offer itself was in the downloaded brochure when you opened it up? Or did you call Ford CS and tell them of your interest and at that point they sent you the offer through email?

Thanks for any help as I'm getting ready to place an order soon.
