Arrow Power running boards, mirrors, front windows, radio, and AC is not working?

Hi, I’m new here 👋🏼 It’ll be my first post of many. Yesterday I used my truck like normal, parked, noticed the windows wouldn’t go back up but didn’t think of it much. Left it like that and today the power running boards won’t come out. Tried to adjust it in the settings and it simply won’t let me click OK on the auto/off/out section. Front windows don’t move but rear windows work fine. Mirrors won’t fold in, AC doesn’t work, at all, buttons don’t work, light doesn’t even come on. Stereo doesn’t work either, USB and volume control works tho. Checked hood fuses and they were fine. I do have one tire with low air but i just haven’t gotten that patched up yet but it couldn’t possibly contribute to the problem. Anyone know what’s up or can give me any advice? TIA

It might be helpful to know a little bit about your truck.

Did you ever get this figured out? I came out of work yesterday to the exact same set of problems. 2016 F150 Eco-boost Platinum.

After three years of the OP (Original Poster) not responding to this thread, I suspect your question will never be answered. I'm going to guess that your truck has an issue with the MS-CAN bus. There are usually three things that cause this problem:
  1. Water in the taillamps if you have BLIS/CTA
  2. Water in connector C405
  3. Rodent damage in the area of C316
If you read this thread it should help you out.

Hi, was looking the threads for this had same problem...not working front windows, mirrors, ac, radio...2016 F150...tried jump negative cable twice, no luck. Then saw acorns on driver side of engine compartment...further inspection revealed at least 2 wires chewed thru, so hope reconnecting solves this problem I think I have enough access and wire ends to reconnect. Probably would be $$$ at dealer. Very tiny gage wires so must be linked into computer modules.
