Default power outlet issue

My laptop charger works fine but to charge my milwaukee 18v or even 12v will not...

On my wife's dodge durango which only rated at 180W it works perfect
The truck is on and in park, any idea on what could be the issue?

I charge my Milwaukee M18 and M12 batteries all the time in my back seat. Maybe something is wrong with your inverter or plug?

Some tool chargers simply won't work with some modified sine wave inverters. There are differences in the quality of the wave signal among inexpensive inverters.

I am curious if the inverter outputs a pure sine wave or modified sine wave. Pure sine wave inverters are higher quality and are better for sensitive electronics.

My friend, don't panic before even owning one yet. Forums are the ideal place for people to air out issues and you'll typically see a higher concentration of "problems" in forums. Sure, there are issues. It doesn't matter what vehicle, nor at what price point you buy; you will always find problems. It's just how life, technology, engineering, mechanics, design and, well ... "everything" works. You're going to love your truck.

That is crazy that you manage it to work...I was at the dealer today and we tried 4 NEW trucks and it didn't work in all of them (M18 charger) but it works perfect on my durango.

Mind showing a picture of your charger? maybe you have a different one than mine.
