Exclamation Post your Dashcam videos from your 2015+ F150

Most places have these dascam threads, thought I'd start one for 2015+ F150 owners.

Post anything you reordered with your dashcam in your F150, like a calm drive, idiot drivers, idiots anything, interesting moments, close calls, Timelapses etc...

Here's me just bumming around town since everything was closed on Christmas.

That's a pretty clear video. Been on the fence for one for a while. What make and model?
Good one to get?

This is the one that I have. There are many other cheap options but I prefer quality of the dashcam build and the video it makes.

I see on amazon there is a newer version out now, V4. I don't know what's new in it.

Another thing that might be useful in this thread is a pic of the camera mount and any other particulars that might be of interest.

Not a bad idea at all. Along with videos, if people want to show off their dashcam setup that would be great for people looking for ideas for their dashcams.

In the main post I can even write out the make and model of dashcams and provide links to specific posts, so people can navigate to those setups easily.

Here is my VIOFO A119 cam with GPS module ($89 from Amazon sold by BAIKLOV) mounted on my 2017. I spliced into the mirror power wires up under the headboard for a clean finished look.
Power comes from one of these: "Spy Tec Mini USB Dash Cam 10 Foot Hardwire Kit for A119" sourced from Amazon $9.95.
I will post a video when something interesting happens (which shouldn't take long).

Spliced into the black/yellow and blue/brown as shown on other radar detector and dashcam threads on this forum. This is switched power so the cam turns on with the truck running.

Hide the wires and power supply (12 volt truck converted to 5 volts USB) forward of this overhead opening on both sides. The entire overhead plastic just pulls straight down with 6 clips, no screws.
