Yes. That would be most helpful. I really appreciate all the responses. As mentioned, I have disabled all WiFi and updates and still get the message. I'm reluctant to do a master reset because then I lose all my SXM "favorites" alerts. However, I will try that if the poster above can't walk us through the Ford disabling process.

I was on the phone and pushed the buttons they said to push. Didn't record it. Had some power up and power down stuff involved. If I had to do it again I'd have to make another call.
