Poor build quality

I traded my 2007 F150 FX2 5.4, that I bought new 13 years ago, for a 2020 F150 STX 2.7 Eco boost, about a month ago. Recently, while cleaning bugs from the front, I notice some fitment issues. I thought Ford quality was better than this. The dealer is aware and my truck is going back on the 17th to be fixed (I hope!) Have any of you experienced any of the same problems?

Driver side bumper gap is nice and consistent with the rest of the gap.

Passenger side bumper gap is 1/2" bigger then the driver side.

Passenger side front inner fender liner looks like it shows too much from the side. Is this correct?

Hood to grille gap is nice on driver side.

Hood to grille gap is much bigger on passenger side.

Driver side headlight lines up nicely with the hood edge.

Hard to see in pic but passenger side headlight is 3/8" deeper than the hood edge.

Great looking paint job.
Get a coat of wax on it while it's still in great shape! Best to protect it now instead of playing catch up later.

Looks like it was built on a Friday.

That hood misalignment seems like a common thing. The gap on my 2017 is also tighter on the drivers side.

ignore this post, couldn't figure out how to delete, I'm new!

That's my plan!

2 questions:
Why didn't the dealership find these issues during prep ?
During your delivery inspection, why did you accept the truck ??

Remember if the person working on your truck wears glasses they are probably fogged over because of the mask they have to wear. Looks good to me, sitting here in my mask and wearing glasses.:shuriken::cool2:

The bumper "frown" is also common. Usually, it's on both sides though.

I have a 2020 STX also. Built in Kansas City in November 5 of 2019. A Tuesday truck.
On mine:
Bumper gaps look good. Not perfect but not enough to notice without a tape measure.
Hood alignment could be better but is only like 1/8" off in front of headlights. Looks perfect to fenders and grille. I assume the 1/8" is due to headlight alignment.
The inner fender looks just like in your pic. I thought is done poorly. I checked other trucks after I received the truck but found that all the trucks on the lot are like that.
